These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, products, and appointment scheduling offered by Brady’s Custom Arms (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or conducting business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. To purchase firearms, serialized components, or regulated items, you must meet all applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements, including age restrictions and background check eligibility.
By engaging in any firearm-related transaction, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess firearms under applicable law.
Brady’s Custom Arms operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), as well as Louisiana state laws.
All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and any required background check. We reserve the right to refuse transfer or sale of any firearm if:
• The background check is denied or delayed beyond lawful transfer eligibility
• Required documentation is incomplete or inaccurate
• The transaction would violate federal or state law
• We suspect unlawful intent or fraudulent activity
Firearm purchases cannot be transferred to individuals who fail to meet legal eligibility requirements.
Customers are accepted at our Leesville, Louisiana location by appointment only during business hours of 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational needs, regulatory requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are subject to availability and legal eligibility verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any lawful reason, including:
• Pricing errors
• Inventory discrepancies
• Suspected fraud
• Regulatory restrictions
Payment must be received in full prior to release or transfer of products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and transfer arrangements comply with applicable firearm laws.
Custom firearm builds, modifications, or gunsmithing services require detailed consultation and approval. Deposits may be required before work begins.
Due to the nature of custom work:
• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor has commenced
• Completion timelines are estimates and may vary
• The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring requested modifications are lawful
Brady’s Custom Arms is not responsible for misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or unlawful use of firearms after transfer.
All firearm sales are final once transferred to the customer. Firearms cannot be returned after transfer except as required by law.
Non-serialized accessories may be eligible for return or exchange subject to inspection and approval. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Custom-built firearms and special orders are non-refundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brady’s Custom Arms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or misuse of firearms or related products
• Delays in background check processing
• Regulatory denial of transfer
• Website errors or temporary service interruptions
All products are provided in compliance with manufacturer specifications and applicable laws.
Firearms and related products are inherently dangerous if improperly handled. By purchasing or using products from Brady’s Custom Arms, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with ownership and use.
You agree to use firearms safely, lawfully, and in accordance with all manufacturer guidelines and applicable regulations.
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with website functionality
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Brady’s Custom Arms unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brady’s Custom Arms from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful possession or misuse of products
• False statements made during purchase or transfer
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Louisiana, unless otherwise required by federal law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
