Brady’s Custom Arms ships products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Due to the regulated nature of firearms and certain firearm-related components, strict shipping guidelines apply. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this Shipping Policy.

1. Firearms – Shipment to FFL Dealers Only

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Firearms will not be shipped directly to a private individual’s residence.

Firearm shipments are handled in compliance with regulations enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting a licensed FFL dealer to receive the firearm
• Ensuring the FFL dealer provides a signed copy of their license prior to shipment
• Confirming that the selected FFL dealer is willing to accept the transfer
• Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL

We will verify the validity of the FFL before shipping any firearm.

The customer must complete all required background checks and transfer documentation with the receiving FFL before taking possession of the firearm.

2. Firearm Shipping Process

Once payment has been received and the receiving FFL license has been verified:

• Firearms will be packaged securely
• Shipments will be sent via a compliant carrier authorized to transport firearms
• Tracking information will be provided when available

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, compliance verification, and carrier scheduling.

Brady’s Custom Arms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, regulatory review, or receiving FFL processing timelines.

3. State and Local Restrictions

Certain states and municipalities restrict or prohibit specific firearms, magazines, and firearm components.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand the laws applicable in their state and locality before placing an order. Orders that violate state or local law will be canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of items to jurisdictions where:

• The product is prohibited
• Magazine capacity limits are exceeded
• The firearm configuration is restricted
• Additional permits or documentation are required and not provided

If an order must be canceled due to shipping restrictions, refund eligibility may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.

4. Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition shipments are subject to carrier regulations and state laws.

Ammunition may not be shipped to certain jurisdictions. Additionally:

• Ammunition must be shipped via approved hazardous material carriers
• Adult signature may be required upon delivery
• Customers must meet minimum age requirements

Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

5. Serialized Items and Controlled Components

Serialized components such as lower receivers are treated as firearms under federal law and must ship to a licensed FFL dealer.

Non-serialized parts and accessories may ship directly to the customer’s address unless restricted by law.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and legality prior to purchase.

6. Shipping of Accessories and Non-Firearm Items

Eligible accessories and gear may be shipped directly to residential or business addresses within the United States, subject to availability and lawful restrictions.

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

• Package size and weight
• Destination
• Carrier rates

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

7. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed after:

• Full payment is received
• Compliance verification is complete
• FFL documentation (if applicable) has been verified

Orders placed outside business hours (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) or on non-operating days may require additional processing time.

Custom builds and special orders may require extended lead times before shipment.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Failure of the receiving FFL to accept delivery
• Customer failure to complete transfer

The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges.

9. Risk of Loss

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer in accordance with applicable shipping laws and carrier terms.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the carrier.

10. Interstate Sales Compliance

All interstate firearm shipments must comply with federal law. Customers must ensure that the firearm being purchased is legal in their state of residence and eligible for transfer under local regulations.

Brady’s Custom Arms does not provide legal advice regarding firearm laws outside of Louisiana.

11. Shipping Limitations

We do not ship:

• Internationally
• To jurisdictions where firearm ownership is prohibited
• To individuals who fail eligibility verification

We reserve the right to decline any order that presents compliance concerns.

12. Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in carrier rules, regulatory requirements, or business operations. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
